Recruitment process for our product team
Meet & Greet
This is the first step in the recruitment process where you will meet our HR. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know you, your experience, and your career aspirations.
Code assignment
You will be given a coding assignment to assess your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. This is an important step in determining your fit for the role and how you approach challenges. We also accept already available code, in case it fulfils the requirements.
Technical Interview
Following the code assignment, you will have a technical interview with one or more of our technical team members. They will give feedback on the code assignment and ask more in-depth questions about your technical skills, experience, and approach to solving problems.
Reference checks
After the technical interview, we will conduct reference checks with your previous employers to verify your work history and gain insights into your performance.
Meet the CEO
In this final step, you will have the opportunity to meet with the CEO to discuss the company's mission, values, and future plans. It’s a great opportunity to get a sense of the company’s culture and to ask any questions you may have.
